Registration promptly at 10:30am (for 11am start) to enable voting papers and proxy votes to be issued before the meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: Only those who were Signed Up Members at the first part of this AGM (21 February 2009) are able to vote at the second part.

Proxy Votes: The proxy appointments stand as they were at the AGM on 21 February 2009. If your 1st choice of proxy can’t attend, then your proxy vote will pass to your 2nd choice of proxy (if any) and if your 2nd choice of proxy can’t attend your vote will pass to the Chair, unless you opted to strike out this option.
